bare-metal resource accounting

Component: ORCA: Network embedding and stitching Version: baseline

Description

When requesting a mixed topology of bare-metal and VM, the controller seems to count all nodes as BM, even if some of them are VM and if the number of nodes in the topology exceeds two, fails due to resource constraint.

A simple example - a triangular topology with 1 bare-metal and 2 VMs returns an embedding error saying 3 bare-metal nodes aren't available.

For an intra- topology with a node group of VMs, two bare-metal nodes and a storage attached to bare-metal node, still get a resource error - asking for 3 bare-metal nodes instead of 2 requested.
