How to reset admin password for ORCA

Description

Using user 'admin' and no password on a semi-new-installed orca web portal, I cannot log in and get this error:

Shirako Login
Invalid user name and/or password. Plese try again.

I think it is because I changed the admin password, but the new password doesn't work. And even after re-deploying ORCA the empty password doesn't work either.

mysql> use orca;
mysql> update Users set usr_password='my-password' where usr_name='admin';

The container admin password should now be set to my-password.
